Production Timing

Fine art prints are produced after purchase. Most print orders are prepared within 5 to 10 business days before they are handed to the carrier. Large formats, holiday volume, or specialty finishing can require more time.

Rates And Delivery

Shipping methods, rates, estimated delivery windows, taxes, and any applicable duties are calculated in Shopify checkout before payment is placed.

Packaging

Prints are packed flat or rolled depending on size and fulfillment method. Inspect the package when it arrives and keep all packaging if there is visible damage.

Damaged Shipments

Email hello@golfslongdrive.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged print so the issue can be reviewed with the print partner or carrier.
