Return Policy
Return eligibility depends on the print type, condition, and fulfillment status.

Prints are produced for each order. Standard open-edition prints may be eligible for review if they are unused, unframed, and returned in protective packaging. Custom, commissioned, signed, or limited-edition work is final sale unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Requests
Email hello@golfslongdrive.com within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Include the order number, print title, size, and the reason for the request.
Damage Or Order Issues
If a print arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the print and packaging. A replacement, refund, or other resolution will be reviewed based on the order issue.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Shopify checkout. Bank and card processing times vary after a refund is issued.
